Poor service. They left a loose butterfly clamp and wash caps, and didn't even wash the hose. They greet you by looking at there computer “What you need???”😇😡

This place is robbing trucking companies blind. Three days ago I'm here for 4 hours trying to find good trailers. Out of 7 I had to reject more than half. Now I'm here getting hoses and fittings cleaned and this what I get back. I ask the guy back out and now it's my fault! Even though I filled the paperwork out and gave it to him and we had a conversation its my fault!. He is too worried about sitting inside playing on his phone. Finally when he comes out he is eating a donut talking about he cleaned everything. Meanwhile im showing him what he gave back to me. This place is of a huge time consumption and I see how they react to everything. "ITS THE DRIVERS FAULT!" I would give zero stars but they do have a shower that is convenient. Not clean, but convenient.

Wednesday is hotdogs and chip day! in here during early weekday mornings and quiet on the weekends! Drop off/pickup. Hoses were prepped quickly for next assignment. Staff is very kind and helpful. Food can be ordered online and delivered. (Applebee's is a good choice) "Be a Beacon of light so others can find their way. Safe and happy travels!" Be'Be'

If I could give zero stars I would. If you need a trailer washed to go load the same day or even the next day, forget about it. They refused to wash my trailer even though I didn't need it until 4 am the next morning. Apparently 15 hours is too short of a window to get it done. Save your time and go somewhere else.

This is one of the worst Quala Washes I've been to. And I have been to just about everyone of them. If you're waiting on their yard for your trailer, don't expect them to have it ready too soon. You could be the only truck on the yard waiting and they will still take their sweet old time getting it clean. They pretty much cater to Schneider here. So, if you have to be somewhere to load at a certain time, all I could say is, Good Luck with that. I will give them this though, their Bathrooms are usually pretty clean. And their Driver's Room is pretty Comfortable. And they always have coffee.
